No, no problems like that at all. I've just checked the GS printer
compatability page & it recommends cdj850 for the 855 and 870Cxi. The

It looks like cdj550 used to be the one to use but I guess it has been
superceded. I don't know if you are perhaps using an old version of
Ghostscript (recommended version numbers are given on the above page).

If cdj550 works then fine but you should be aware that there is a
comment about using the ljet4 driver for monochrome printing for some
unexplained reason.
