I tried to use the new dev kernel, and it appeared to compile and
install correctly, but when i tried to boot it from lilo, it restarted
the comp.  I compiled just like when i updated from 2.0.33 to 2.0.35,
but this time it didn't work.  I would like to use the new kernel,
because it has a driver for my sound card.  any help would be greatly
appreciated.
