[S.u.S.E. Linux] lpd and inetd

Can someone please enlighten me on what am I doing wrong here? I edited
/etc/rc.config to that lpd is not started from /sbin/init.d because I
wanted it start from inetd . I have edited /etc/inetd.conf , uncommenting
the line for printer and changed the command for tcpd to execute to
'/usr/sbin/lpd -l' because that's the correct location of lpd (the default
install inetd.conf has it as '/usr/bin/lpd -i' which does not exist).
Then I typed 'killall -KILL lpd; kill -HUP `cat /var/run/inetd.pid`' which
killed lpd (which was started from /sbin/init.d) and restarted inetd.
After that, I typed to print a file and I get the following message:

lpr: connect: No such file or directory
jobs queued, but cannot start daemon.

Please help. What am I doing wrong here?

Thank you very much.

Regards,
Kenneth Tan
