Where is SuSE's /etc/rc.d/rc.local?
a suggestion was made to add swapon
to it..but I could not find it.

rc.d is also a symlink /sbin/init.d 
didn't find it in any of the rc#.d directorys

Welp, untill I reboot my Memory useage wont calm down.
