not even correct- the kernel itself is only 300-500k, but the complete
kernel sources are 6megs

your problem is, that you need a kernel with fat32 support for copying the
kernel sources...2.0.34 has this support, but this won´t help you, i
think...

but you can download the fat32 patch- it will fit on a floppy, patch your
kernel, compile a new one and mount your win-partition...
