You can also download it from the FTP server I administrate, it's open 24
hours a day ;-)

<A HREF="ftp://ftp.student.prov-liege.be:/pub/linux/kernel/linux-2.0.34.tar.gz";><A HREF="ftp://ftp.student.prov-liege.be:/pub/linux/kernel/linux-2.0.34.tar.gz</A">ftp://ftp.student.prov-liege.be:/pub/linux/kernel/linux-2.0.34.tar.gz</A</A>>
I'm in Belgium, and it should be an acceptable speed : we don't have that
much bandwidth but there isn't much traffic either, so... give it at try !
