...well I didn't know there was a SuSE list till a couple days ago. So I
certainly didn't know there was an archive of old mails or that this was a
frequently asked question. I certainly appreciate the quick responses though. I
have a RH box as well as my others. I like SuSE the best but did want to try
and play with the glibc ... I mostly use the RH one as a toy and my reliable SuSE
as my main system workstation.
I bet the SuSE release will be more stable than RH5 as well so it will probably
be worth the wait. I'm sure they are getting the bugs out. (IMHO RH5 has more
bugs than a roach motel). Anyways thanks again.
(Hopefully they will update their TK as well.)
of finally, why the nonstandard location for qt in SuSE?? I guess it's not so
important, just wondered
