Look, I hate to sound intolerant, but you simply aren't getting it. You
boot off the boot floppy, then you install off the cd. This isn't
particularly arcane or hard to grasp. What exactly are you trying to
do? Install from windows? Normally I don't think this is particularly
constructive, but in your case my advice to you is RTFM.
