I'm not going to make this an OS war, but 5.0 is not horribly broken. Yes,
there are updates that you need, but we've got plenty of 5.0 machines
around here pulling some heavy load with no problems.

The first public release of *any* OS with that radical of a change is
going to have problems. All known problems of noticeable magnitude have
been fixed, however.

I'm sure SuSE 6.0 will be better than RH 5.0 in terms of stability. But
they have *us* to thank for that...whoever did it first was going to face
some problems. We did it and we aren't sorry for that.
