Her is the README. There's no INSTALL. All the other files look like
scripts, without instructions.
PPPWizard is distributed under the GNU Public License.
Enjoy! It may be crude but I hacked it together in a few hours.
I will work on it more as I catch potential bugs, or ways
to make it more efficient.
