[S.u.S.E. Linux] OK Now what?

This message comes up during boot. I went and read the file but I am a
bit confused about what I should do next. Is there resource that
explains what I need/should do with this file. The file has some
information but I am interested in how/if this file should be edited and
how this file works and what it does.
