I bought Caldera's Open Linux 1.1 back around June of '97 and they included a Star
Office CD as part of the bundle.

What a waste. You're better off spending a few dollars for Applixware or Word
Perfect. I cooould not get Star Office to install at all! I fiddled with the rpm's,
fiddled with config files - it was pure hell.

Star Office poses no threat to any of the other office suites or word processors.
There is no point in putting yourself through the agony.
