on a 12.2 box with thunar-1.4.0-3.1.2 installed, I experience very long Thunar startup times.
This only occurs on the first startup of the application and takes up to 30sec.
that is likely https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7373 .
