4.8pre2 in X11:xfce + submitted to Factory (was Re: [opensuse-xfce] XFCE Patterns)

I'd like to propose extending the XFCE-related patterns as in the
attached patch. The intention behind this is to provide a more
useful default installation comparable to what our LXDE desktop
currently provides.
