Both should be in the SDB: namespace

SDB:Smart_card
SDB:Smart_card_advisories

If you can't fix the external links feel free to create a redirect in
the main namespace to the new page. Please add that redirect to the
category Redirects_to_stay and explain in a comment why (with the
external links if possible).
