Actually you are really not in hurry to translate all at once. There are some pages that can be used until you translate the rest.
The problem is that http://el.opensuse.org/%CE%A7%CF%81%CE%AE%CF%83%CF%84%CE%B7%CF%82:Azouts is the only Greek admin on http://el.opensuse.org .
So when I tried to adjust, sidebar to be like in English wiki, it failed as: http://el.opensuse.org/MediaWiki:Sidebar is editable only by admins.
Frank, yet another quest for bureaucrats on Greek wiki. I would need to be admin, so that I can jump in and help, although I have no clue about Greek :) or you can make another bureaucrat, so that I don't have to bug you every time some change is needed.
Stathis, please give your wiki IDs for Greek wiki so that Frank can give you administrator rights.

The idea is to make 2 sidebars. Top will be new wiki, bottom will be old wiki. That will make both contents available.
New wiki sidebar is http://en.opensuse.org/MediaWiki:Sidebar . Text is:
