I have columns right in a http://wiki.opensuse.org/Portal:Support, but it is 
just a patch, not a solution. 

When you open FlaggedRevs box to see details, all stuff drops down for a size 
of opened window, and columns are not on the same height. This time is right 
column higher :) It keeps distance to the F.revs box.

On http://wiki.opensuse.org/Portal:Development the F.revs details overwrite 
the Navbar, but "Welcome to the Development Portal" drops just as it does in 
Portal:Support page. 

Next attempt (tomorrow) will be to enclose all stuff in a plain html table 
instead of <div>. The Navbar is in a wiki table and it works as I would 
expect, but wiki tables break some templates.  

I don't know how dependable is Web Developer extension for Firefox, but, using 
it to outline page elements, it seems that whole web page build needs some 
cleanup.
