To that sounds fine. 
Prevents pranks, ie. give someones email instead of yours and laugh when guy 
starts to get emails that he can't decipher what they are.

Sure. 
MediaWiki change password has no use with openSUSE.

I can't use "we" here, but I would prefer to have that enabled as it is now 
for some time. It helps debugging if we add new extension, style, other new 
element. Check in other 2 skins and see how it works, what is missing or is it 
displaced.
