Certainly there are/is (an) active editor(s) for the Dutch wiki. If you look 
in the history of the translated pages you will find them.
This week I don't have time for a longer message than this one.
But the nice thing about a wiki is that anybode can (start) to work on it. So 
just do what you like to do.
