Welcome to wiki editing.

With your concern regarding redirects.The pages are empty because there
aren't any data present.So that means you must be linking to a new page
and in order to make that page available with that redirect.You have to
edit it with the required content.And if a page is linked to a wrong
path try redirecting it rather than moving.Because it may create certain
problems for the users.

code for redirect- #REDIRECT [Page name].
