I had tried this out. If i place ?p%3d1101 the Wiki says: ?p=1147. 
That's fine. But if i klick on the Link, it goes to: news.opensuse.org/ 
?p%3d1147. And Firefox can't solve this URL. 
Has anyone an Idea?
