[opensuse-wiki] outdated front pages in various wikis

Hello,
there are some wikis which have outdated content in the roadmap box
(right column) on the frontpage. At least the following wikis still
have the 10.3 public release on the roadmap (but also have a link to
the 11.0 download in the main column, so they seem to be (more or
less?) maintained:
- tr.opensuse.org
- vi.opensuse.org
- es.opensuse.org
- is.opensuse.org
- maybe more, I didn't check all languages
@maintainers of those wikis: please update the frontpage ;-)
