rollback was not really working .. i download and changed from all wikis these 
pages:

main
download
template:release_table
(english and german also some other pages ...)

and fixed it to 11.0. All other pages are not touched. So tomorrow at 15:00 i 
will deplay the pages. If not, please scream :-)
