It is really easy to setup an own instance (takes just 5 commands and 3 minutes of waiting): http://lizards.opensuse.org/2008/05/07/easy-obs-web-client-development/ Just because I made yesterday my first blog entry and it even helped myself today improving a usebillity issue within minutes.
