I write a template:

and add it to the most important pages.

Feel free to edit this template, specially to make it more
smart (I'm not good at that).

The difficulty of many users to find help is probably a
thing we have largely underestimate.

NB: this is closely related to threads on the opensuse list 
(new name for opensuse@xxxxxxxxxxxx, why users keep writing 
there and not in suse-linux-e)

so I edited the http://en.opensuse.org/Template:Mailinglists 
and made this new template
