I don't really see what is added by this. SUSE Linux is used by people, so "chacun" is the translation of the "anyone" english word.
I agree the whole phrase could be smoother :-) but the problem is on the english side, I already simplified a bit the text - the original one is still available in http://fr.opensuse.org/Vue_d'ensemble_du_projet (and I think most readers did not read all this stuff :-)
I would be glad to find a whole better wording for the front page, but it would be probably better to follow up to the french list
