please adjust summer of code text on frontpage

Hi,
If you are mentioning Summer of Code on the frontpage
of your localized wiki, please adjust it so that it reads
that we no longer accept applications, but that they
are currently being evaluated.
The frontpage of en.opensuse.org already is adjusted ;)
