[opensuse-web] widehat: formerly reliable (& fast), currently unreliable

I used to set my repos to widehat instead of download for better average speed. Around the time of the catastrophic RAID failure widehat became frequently unavailable. Just now doing 'zypper ref', download pointed me to widehat for the updates repo, and after 113166 bytes read, curl couldn't finish.
