We are currently working on a new version of openfate. Please check the preview at https://features.opensuse.org/preview/ Note: this is already running on the real feature data.
Looks good. Using Google Chrome and https://features.opensuse.org/preview/305877 for test purposes. 1) The tags still accept "software popularity" as "software, popularity" so either I don't understand how it should work, or it is not possible to add tags that are not a single word. When I try "software, popularity" entry is ignored, so I have to add one tag at the time. Using "software_popularity" is not a good option. I would like to see ability to add tags as "software popularity, popcon", which would add them as written. List should be comma separated instead of space separated, as it is now. 2) Links Edit [products|description|users|references], Reply, Add comment, should change to Cancel Edit [products|description|users|references], Cancel [Reply| comment] when in edit mode. Preview button is still wanted, before saving and, for consistency of user interface, it would be good to group all in one line: [Preview] [Save] [Cancel] Also, some time after adding comment, it should be possible to remove it by owner. 3) In Add comment [Switch richtext editor] doesn't work after Revert Changes, but it works after I leave the page and return. BTW, it is probably: "Switch to rich text editor". I'm not sure about proper capitalization. Paragraphs are created in a rich text editor, not in a plain text, and that is what Felix is complaining about. Parser for plain edit box is not adding paragraph tags. There must be something like user preferences, where one can set in advance what editor is used. 4) [Edit references] doesn't work. The only thing that I wanted to change was to create link instead of plain text for the second link. [Edit products] [Edit description] [Edit users] works and (IMO) it should not with normal user login. With reviewer, product manager, team lead, it should work. I guess that my login is normal user login? There is no way to see what is status of my openFATE account. **** All in all, I agree with Andreas that we should work on feature request process. When we are clear what we want then we can choose or design the tool. We should have block diagram like one posted by Satoru: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/568187/openSUSE/openFATE/feature_handling_flow.odg but with more details. -- Regards, Rajko -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-web+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-web+help@opensuse.org
