updating Dom0 to latest xen-* and re-installing microcode_ctl
( *SHOULD* microcode_ctl ALSO be (re)installed in Xen Guests?  I don't
know if these microcode updates are relevant only to the Host OS, or
also to each of the virtual guests?)
