Thanks. After downgrading xen packages I now have a working system again.
It had quite a fight though: I was not able to migrate one way even
tough xend-config.sxp was a copy from the working receiver machine. It
turned out that rcxend restart failed to stop the wrong configured

But today i ran a zypper up on my setup and now I cant contact xenHeh, new Xen4.1 packages (with new libxenlight toolstack). We're still
anymore.
I am using the packages from /repositories/Virtualization/openSUSE_11.4/
shaking out a lot of bugs and issues. I'd stick with Xen 4.0.1 for a while.
Thanks. After downgrading xen packages I now have a working system again.
