heh. i'm getting lost as to what's been (not) done where ...
I wuld think that we can expect you to know what you have installed on your system.
And, I do. As I've clearly stated above. The lack of clarity is with what's been done, or failed to have been done, in the various repos. NOT with what is, or isn't, installed on my system. as for 11.2 kernel, or not, both
Kernel_112.repo:baseurl=http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/HEAD/openSUSE_11.2 XEN4.repo:baseurl=http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Virtualization/openSUSE_11.2
are quite clearly 11.2 repos/packages. as to whether or not "the" 11.2 Kernel is to be automatically presumed to be referring to the RELEASE Kernel ... As for guarantees -- noone's asked for them. I've provided info about something that's broken, and have shared/discussed a workaround here. If you're happy with the way things are, or would rather simply ignore such issues -- really, no skin off my nose. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-virtual+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-virtual+help@opensuse.org
