are quite clearly 11.2 repos/packages. as to whether or not "the"
11.2 Kernel is to be automatically presumed to be referring to the
RELEASE Kernel ...
As for guarantees -- noone's asked for them. I've provided info about
something that's broken, and have shared/discussed a workaround here.
If you're happy with the way things are, or would rather simply ignore
such issues -- really, no skin off my nose.

I wuld think that we can expect you to know what you have installed on your
system.
