The translation needs to be done in the process around i18n.opensuse.org or 
otherwise said the svn repository on svn.berlios.de.
So look on the i18n website to find more information. Currently there is no 
team listed for Arabic.
It is the file software-opensuse-org.ar.po in lcn.
