[opensuse-translation] .po editor on windows?

I have some available free time, which I could use to translate, but the only computer I have on those intervals runs windows. [opensuse-translation] Authors in description of rpm (packages files)

Hi all, I have fixed typos in some rpm (and submitted them using obs) and I have noted that when the description contains authors, often they are not present in the .pot file. In particular, this happens when "Authors:" follows a line of dashes. Is it a bug of the script that generates pot files or is it wanted? Another question: when will pot files in packages be updated? [opensuse-translation] What is the current procedure to ask for commit rights nowadays?

Hi, What is the current procedure to ask for commit rights nowadays in the translation branch? I would like to automate the submit from our translation tool and I would like to have a separate account for that - it's easier to keep track of the mistakes that could occur.
