Yes, there should be - thanks a lot for asking:
Use the following:
This is an unofficial translation of the openSUSE #VERSION# license into
$LANGUAGE. It does not legally state the distribution terms for openSUSE
#VERSION# - only the original english text of the openSUSE #VERSION# license
does that. However, we hope that this translation will help $LANGUAGE speakers
understand the license better.
And replace $LANGUAGE with your language.
Note, I'm not asking for translations to new languages - I would like a
translator with legal background to do that - I'm just asking to enhance the
existing translations,
Andreas

Hi,
We've made the following change to the openSUSE license for the next
release - could you help me to change the other languages the same way,
please?
Shouldn't there be a clause in the translated document stating that the
translated document is only meant to be helpful in understanding the
meaning of the English version of the license, but only the English
version is binding.

I did not find such a statement in the German version and therefor does not
expect that this is present in the other languages.
