[opensuse-translation] .po editor on windows?

I have some available free time, which I could use to translate, but the only computer I have on those intervals runs windows. [opensuse-translation] merging yast (trunk)

There are refreshed yast files in trunk. ATM, merging is running. There is no need to translate this now, we are still far away from any string freeze. Otherwise feel free to glance thru these files and feel encouraged to report inconsitencies, typos, and stuff like that.
