I would leave them as is.
It looks like functions and operators, see example:

#: /usr/share/kde4/services/kspreadtrigonometrymodule.desktop

This is the comment to a service of kspread, the koffice component for
$EXCEL - it's pretty unimportant what you translate it to, technically.

So decide yourself what you prefer.
