Got it!
Seems like catalogmanager is not checking subdirectories for
SVN-structure, so, in my configuration there was specified folder that
contained two SVN-folders, after specifying subfolder - everything
works fine. :)

Curious... in the project config, folders commands, there is one ofr cvs update, but I see none for svn.
