Seems that my Novell account is locked. I can't commit the files, edit
the wiki, etc.
The Novell login page says this:
"403 Forbidden
Your login capability is locked. Please contact your system administrator"
I've no clue. I never saw this before. I'm going to ask our admin
experts.
