The wiki (http://help.opensuse.org) already redirect to the portuguese
version...

but for the user to get a link to the forum in his own language (other
than english) he/she has to go to this help page, click on forums,
then click on the list of foruns, then click on Communicate/Forums and
finally find a forum in his/her own language (usability=0) or go to
google and search for something like "forum opensuse language" and
find a forum in his/her own language faster then using the help wiki
