[opensuse-translation] Two broken update-desktop-files (lt and ru)

ATM, two update-desktop-files (lt and ru) are broken. Please, try to
fix them. If you need help, just ask.
It is important that you always validate update-desktop-files before
committing (using msgfmt, for example). Otherwise it can happen, that
all menu entries are untranslated in your language.
