It's a page on a so called "Wiki" (it's a system where users can work and edit
pages together - famous example is the Wikipedia), the [0] refers to a link
(you can find them at the end of my mails).
It's imho a good style to write links without decrease the readabillty.

Don't worry, you're not alone ;D (we're four already :) ) and if you take a
closer look, it's not that much work - keep in mind that we don't have to
start from scratch, only translate the untranslated strings and if we can
correct the fuzzy ones. You can see a statistic here[0].
