Maybe, you can add a something <blink>red</blink> to the team line of
the main index page (http://i18n.opensuse.org/stats/trunk/index.php) if
you detect a broken file?  Blinking actually is not required ;)

Because one broken file is too small to be visible within all the other
fine translations.

This, of course, is not urgent.
