It certainly can be complicated - but feel free to join the team to help ;) (as
we all have our work to do, and don't get paid for it, it can sometimes take a
while).
But that's not the problem at the moment, I guess the reason, why it isn't
fixed for you and in OS 11.0 alpha 2[it's actually fixed in SVN*] is rather
simple:
For 10.3: There have been no translation fixes via the update (if you'd use the
source, then - yes it would be fixed).
For 11.0 Alpha 2: Well, as the title already says it's Alpha! In this stage
there's actually no localization work done (as you can see in the
Roadmap[http://en.opensuse.org/Roadmap], localized builds are targetet for May
'08).
