The deadline of proposal submission is April 30th. openSUSE.Asia Summit Committee can help you to make the proposal, which is still important to hold this year summit.

I already ask Estu and Siska to send the proposal to this list but maybe they are busy or went to some place where difficult for them to get the connection. Considering that the proposal was discussed several time with me over the internet so I send the latest version Estu sent to me. I hope it fulfill the requirement.
