Yes, it is. IIRC zypper (on 11.3) does not even warn about the expired
key when adding a repo :-/ - at least I don't remember such a warning
when adding my home:cboltz repo on a new server some days ago.
(In the meantime I extended the key, you'll have to find another test
object ;-)
It does complain. See coment #7 from Jon Cosby in the bugzilla.
