[opensuse-security] recent kernel exploit

Is somebody working on a patch for OpenSUSE kernels regarding the
following exploit?
http://blog.cr0.org/2009/08/linux-null-pointer-dereference-due-to.html
For some reason management discovered it and got on my back. I told
them I'll wait for SUSE but they might force me to roll my own kernel,
which I would like to avoid.
