Why rbl_filter, header check and body checks?
This mechanisms don't consume much CPU compared to virus-filtering.
After that mechanism the virusfilter get's his job done (with the already
filtered mails) by redirecting any mails to amavisd.
With this kind of setup you set a policy for your mailserver (e.g. no
executable files and no system related or script based fileextensions while
zip, tar ... is allowed).
