Another idea would be a mail-address suse-security-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxx where the from-header would be interpreted by the mailing-list.
With this solution it's possible to change the footer to something like
------
SuSE security -- for security related discussions
For help: mailto:suse-security-help@xxxxxxxx
Unsubscribe: mailto:suse-security-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxx
Security-related bug reports go to security@xxxxxxx, not here
------
So KMail-Users only need one click to unsubscribe and most of the "Please unsubscribe me!"-mails are history :-)
