Each time you run `/sbin/conf.d/SuSEconfig.kde', you get the wrong permissions back until you (or cron daemon) runs `chkstat' again.
If you call that script either by running the complete SuSEconfig [1], or at least make sure that SuSEconfig.permissions are run afterwards, the permissions will be OK. [1] By running 'SuSEconfig' -- Anders Zachrison Life is like an analogy
